Browsing https://uri.gbv.de/terminology/ulbb/ does not resolve concept URIs, e.g. https://uri.gbv.de/terminology/ulbb/ROM%20A results in an error.

Error: http://uri.gbv.de/terminology/ulbb/ROM A
Concept details could not be loaded. Either the concept does not exist, or there are issues with the backend.

I guess the URI is internally decoded to "http://uri.gbv.de/terminology/ulbb/ROM A" instead of "http://uri.gbv.de/terminology/ulbb/ROM%20A".

Browsing the same vocabulary (from same API) works in Cocoda
