If you are using newer version of openvino in despite of 2019, check the branch https://github.com/gbr1/ros_openvino/tree/new_core_api

Thanks your reply, I use the right version fix this issue, But when I run the node, It seems cann`t open the device

If I remember right, ncDeviceopen is for NCS2, so probably it cannot find it.

If you want to use cpu you may need some code modifications

I use this Device as the picture, I Plug in the Neural Compute Stick to a USB port on my computer, but it cann`t find it

It should work!
Let's give a try:

  • check if you sourced openvino
  • check if you installed correctly ncs2 and udev rules
  • check if everything works using examples by openvino
