Better messaging when there is no issue or flag for a dataset

Although rare, having no GBIF-detectable issue is cheerful. Instead of showing only the header with no issue, which could imply problems when showing, why not display something affirmative like "The latest version of this dataset doesn't have any GBIF validation issues"?
