Description
Addition of a RATE US cum review/feedback pop up.

Problem Statement
This helps us to get user input and the user feedback, hence it will direct us to the areas where we should work upon.

Proposed Solution
A rate us pop up box pops up after 10 second of the user being on the web application and will demand feedback on the basis of star ratings and comments. Although the feedback form exists but this pop up will force the users to rate the site instead of them going to a specific feedback form as it will just pop up on the screen after 10 seconds! It will improve the user experience of the web app too.
