Icon List - Some custom SVG icon shows as a full color #3337

Describe the bug

Issue happens on both editor and frontend
Issue started to happen on 3.13.2. Might be related to this fix: SVG icon only shows up on some blocks with icon #3103
I used this SVG file here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1c8h8Al1yqiEVA9Adq6C8Ft0XNjb3FB8K/view?usp=drive_link
Issue happens to blocks such as:
- Icon List block

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add a new page
Add an Icon List block
Upload the SVG file for the icon
Make sure there's no assigned Icon Color
See that the icon shows as a full color instead of the original SVG color

Expected behavior

If uploading SVG icons for Icon List & Tabs Label, it should still get the original svg color
