Considerando que vamos tem um banco, o ideal é termos um ambiente local rápido e fácil de instalar. A idéia é configurar com o Docker para homogeinizar os ambientes e configurar um docker compose pra subir o ambiente com apenas um comando.

Ponto de atenção: o ambiente local tem que continuar rodando a api com o nest start (para ter watch dos arquivos)
