Enabling issues and accepting contributions

I was looking for a replacement for the now-abandoned leaflet-draw package when I stumbled upon your fork. I was wondering what your plans were for the long-term and if in the spirit of open-source, you would have the bandwidth for opening up the issues section and dealing with them. Also, how receptive would you be of contributions? leaflet-draw has 80 open PRs and probably some of them would be happy to make a difference.
