Plan:

  • znc cookbook
  • private znc server that allows connecting to #g0v.tw only
  • script to create znc user
  • authenticate against g0v hub accounts - auto create account if necessary
  • hack kiwiirc client to provide toolbar-like chat UI on hack.g0v.tw. something like https://www.envolve.com/ (bottom of the page)

subway seems pretty close to what we want. @yhsiang's fork has make adding user available with cli
