Added license information for all open source libraries (closes #14)

This change introduces the MIT license for all open source libraries and includes the following changes:
- SPDX identifiers added to composer.json files
- LICENSE file added to each repository
- Short licensing header added to all source files
- Copyright configuration for PhpStorm
