try 1: recommended - add prefix to table name in database
try 2: drop the User table in FunnelWeb and use the related tables in existed system?

Funnelweb does support installing into a different schema? That could work

All right. Using config param in My.Config:
setting key="funnelweb.configuration.database.schema" value="dbo"
