i am trying to calculate 2dsfs, and I have encountered this issue

realSFS: safreader.cpp:93: persaf* persaf_init(char*) [with T = float]: Assertion `fread(buf,1,8,fp)==8' failed.
/var/spool/PBS/mom_priv/jobs/4805633.sched01.SC: line 25: 86643 Aborted ${EXE} ${ARGS}

here are the exe and the arg I am using
EXE="/apps/chpc/bio/angsd/0.913/misc/realSFS"
ARGS="Israel. saf.idx Arctic. saf.idx -nSites 1000 > is_ar.ml"

Kindly advise on how I can resolve this. Thanks.
