Doesn't work on php 8.2.8

Nothing works, I see the extension in phpinfo that it is loaded

Same here on my Debian system, phpinfo() shows evil as loaded in, but eval() still works.

However, it has blocked eval() from being used on the command line, it's only on the web server (PHP-FPM) where it doesn't work. Strange.

For example this:

php -r 'eval("print 'hello';");'

Gives me this output:

PHP Fatal error:  [eval] is not a function in Command line code on line 1
