What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When you set entity.categories and entity.collidesWith such that no
collision should occur, the entities still collide.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect that entities that are configured not to collide will 'ghost', but they
collide.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I think the error is in line 124 of PhysicsEngine.js:

      fixtureDefinition.filter.categories = 0x0000;

should be

      fixtureDefinition.filter.categoryBits = 0x0000;

(at least my program behaved correctly after that).
