create methods in app::CBERS2Stack to keep track of all created resources, guarantee consistency in naming and make sure all permissions are set. Remove then the pylint waivers in app:CBERS2Stack::init()
common code to create DLQs+Alarms in CDK
use api_gw decorator for landing page
