The first time you attempt to use it, it will prompt you to give the app permissions to read your files. After selecting the folder to save to, and clicking upload, it will prompt you to give the app permissions to write your files. After that, it will attempt to save and fail with permission errors.
Refresh the browser, attempt to export again, and the permission errors seem not to happen.
