11/20 testing:
cut power with target visible.(did this on both sides) No garbage data was sent and the limelight on the opposing side continued to function as if nothing happened. Reconnected power and pose estimator gracefully resumed reporting values after the limelight booted.

Still need to test:
conflicting & non conflicting data coming from each limelight
http methods used wrong (see if we can stall the main code loop)
