Frappe CRM -
Sales person can send an email from Frappe CRM Portal, But when the lead is replying to that email is not shown in Frappe CRM Portal. Ideally threads should get linked & shown in the portal right ?

It should link properly. can you check the following things :-
for the email account configured is the "Enable incoming" checked in the settings?
Is the "IMAP folder" set to Inbox in "Folder Name" ( usually inbox is where the sales person gets their emails in their gmail / email client unless they have set up a folder rule ) ?
If the above 2 has been configured as said, try changing "Email Sync option" to All.
