[BUG] Misleading error in log _readMemory error! [object Object] #1521

Describe the bug
This message in the error log:
_readMemory error! [object Object]is misleading - this is simily the device can not be read - in this case there is nothing listening on that port number of the host.
To Reproduce
Create Modbus device and point to a valid IP, invalid port number
Expected behavior
I would expect to see a clearer message in the log
