Check new Grafana alerting

Grafana updated their alerting and moving to the new version should make sense.

I was about to ask for an example of alerting that works. I tried a year ago without much success and am going to work on it again in the next couple of week.s

What version of Grafana are you using?

A year ago, no idea. Now I'm at the production tip and haven't tried an alert recently.

I was able to get it working now, and, looking at the details, I think the normal instructions for Grafana are sufficient as long as the user specifies a sqlite-style query.
