Add in information about pastoral walks on Wellbeing section of coursebook #930

Include details about what pastoral walks are for; when will they occur? What kinds of questions will be asked etc?
This information should be able to be copied over from the CF training pack page on notion (let me know if you need any help)
Might be worth splitting up into Full time programme vs Skills Bootcamp and outlining what pastoral support looks like on each programme
