@sofer and I have been having a chat about the structure of the Tech for better Programme. In theory it can be condensed down into a 6 week programme like so:

  • Week 1: Combine Intro and Discovery (2 Hours) (in person)
  • Week 2: 1 week for User research
  • Week 3: Combine Analysis and Definition (2 Hours) (in person)
  • Week 4: Figma Prototype (2 hours) (PO's take a break, but are introduced to the idea of creating a video pitch)
  • Week 5: Iterate on Figma Prototype (1 hour) + writing user-testing script (1 hour)
  • Week 6: User testing (2 hours) (Done remotely with users the PO sources)
  • Week 7: Selection weed + have the PO's send in a video product pitch summarising everything they have done with the devs so far

@Psydwinder to put in a time to discuss further with @sofer

@Psydwinder to take lead on:

  • reorganising coursebook to reflect this new structure
  • updating slides
  • updating miro boards
  • coordinating @sofer and @Psydwinder to create videos to accompany slides

@sofer happy to give feedback on PR's and any other updates
