Link with Plymouth UCD FOSS communities

I don't think plymouth have any foss community established already , current Plymouth students can reach and discuss , @rav94 thoughts ?
what about UCD ?

At Plymouth they have Student Union which takes care of all the student involved activity. Maybe we can contact them via Mr.Chaminda Ratnayake and start FOSS initiative there as Rajith said. Lets first try on one university. Plymouth will be a good start.

If this succeeds we can surely hold international events as well!
