Error Showing when we go for gradle project sync in the android studio aap dependicy

Dear Sir,
I recived an error while we go for the gradle project syc in android stuido. These error will show please solve these errors and provide the correct code to solve the probelm and the code of the dependices is here

Please, try this-
In Android Studio->Go to File->Other Settings->Default Settings->Build, Execution, Deployment->Build Tools->Gradle->Uncheck Offline work option.

@17102001 there is dependency doesnot exist 'implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:29.+'' because Support Library 28.0.0 is the last feature release under the android.support packaging. Migrate to AndroidX
@mariobehling I guess this issue can be closed.
