Actual Behaviour

The UI of MainActivity is quite bland

Expected Behaviour

Card Views must be used to brighten up the UI
I will organize all the similar related elements into a card.

The proposed UI is not that great IMO. I can't remember seeing colored cards anywhere. This is too obstrusive. Use cards, make them colorless. The event details card - why do we need 4/5 UI telling "Event Details". UI does need a refresh. I'm not sure this is it

@iamareebjamal So should I just use white cards and gather elements into them ?

@iamareebjamal I have a doubt. I think if we change the UI of this activity there will be repercussions on other activities and fragments and thus we will end up on changing the UI of a quite a few other elements as well

How?

@iamareebjamal I thought that many components will be affected but it seems that only the Login window's UI must change as well. Like it should also be migrated to the use of Cards. I have got an idea about MainActivity's UI. Should I proceed with it ?

Rather than having a left right screen, use vertical linear arrangement

Yes but include logo as well

@iamareebjamal Should the order of the cards be ->

  1. Intro
  2. Featured Speakers
  3. Event Details ( includes both the dates and the location)
  4. Organiser Description
  5. Social Links

@dreadpool2 UI is very good. I would suggest, you create a separate card for the "Organizer Details"
