how to use it in offline environment

I’m sorry that i’m a noob, and now i have an offline computer, which can connect another offline remote server. So i want to use vscode to continue my work, and the offline computer is windows 64, and server is linux 64. So i want to know how to install the fortls, i have installed the vscode with c/c++, modern fortran.

Now i have do this, but when i click the array or subroutine it can’t jump to the define.
It remind me that error launching fortls: please check taht all selected options are supported by your language server version
