Add graphics/images from Figma

There are a number of graphics in the Figma that are not yet imported. These are images that similar to icons, but are not part of the icons pack. They tend to be larger images, and potentially could be colored rather than monochrome. We may need to introduce a new component similar to <Icon/> to easily use these graphics. Currently these graphics are being used in the PlaceholderEmpty component, we should update that component as well.
