Feature Suggestion: Workspace User Detail

User Details are now either the global git credentials or specific to a repository. I would be nice to be able to set this at a Workspace level so all repositories of that workspace use those credentials.

## Use Case
In the workspace for my company use my professional email address, while my open source contributions use a private email.
