2.18 (Released 2026/3/24) fails to install

The upgrade to version 2.18 (Released 2026/3/24) continuously fails to install. I am running version 2.17.1.0

1. I start Fork 2.17.1.0
2. it finds an update 2.18 (Released 2026/3/24) ready to be installed
3. I select "Restart and update"
4. Fork restarts (no additional dialogs/windows)
5. I am still on 2.17.1.0
6. Go to step 2 or 8
7. I select exit from the menu
8. I start Fork again
9. Dialog "Installing update 2.18.0..."
10. Fork starts
11. I am still on 2.17.1.0
12. Go to step 2 or 8
