A debug REPL for signal processing

• REPL Support
  • Create general-purpose terminal emulator base classes #25
  • Create a system shell module #26
  • Create REPL module for ft-lisp #24
• Create a simple C++ embeddable Lisp #22
• Define a VCV Rack DSL for an embedded Lisp #23
• Provide different form factors for number of ins/outs needed:
  • 8 ins and outs (1x8, each)
  • 16 ins and outs (2x8, each)
  • 32 ins and outs (4x8, each)
  • 64 ins and outs (8x8, each)
• Or: update the Terminal widget to accept expansions (ins on the left, outs on the right)
• Create an example patch
• Release and publish in VCV Rack library
