Have you found a solution? I'm getting the same error on every forever command I run.

Downgraded to 4.0.0 from 4.0.3, both versions have the same error.

$ forever --version
v4.0.0
(node:11980) Warning: Accessing non-existent property 'padLevels' of module exports inside circular dependency
(Use `node --trace-warnings ...` to show where the warning was created)
