Total noob question to resolution and language

Hi there !

Sorry, I am totally new to phoenix flavour and github.
I just installed phoenix flavour and have some issues now with Skyrim.

When talking to vendor/merchant the bottom of my trade window is cut off, I only can see half the line where I can change from buy to sell.
I am using ultrawide monitor, res is set to 3440x1440 in both skyrim pref files (my game and in standard skyrim path).

At 1st start game was in german laguage, as I wanted it, after then it is in english. I changed it in Steam directly , its set to german, but still in game in english.

Hope this is not the total wrong way to ask such questions.
