Love the new theme! The icons look great. I can't seem to find the yfc and yfd options in Spotlight, nor in the repository to launch this dark theme that's featured on the screenshot. Will it be added in the future?

cheers, yfc is now default and yfd should be here: https://github.com/fontforge/YosemiForge/tree/master/Themes

OK, yes, I see that just starting FontForge has the new theme. But yfd.command doesn't start the dark theme shown in the screenshot. In fact, I checked the script and the files it copies over don't look like the dark-themed photo.

Look for example at this yellow box:

dark theme element
(Themes/PixmapsDark/palette3drotate.png)

which is green in the theme screenshot:

(elements inserted as direct links to files in your repository)

Also, since the original elements are removed by the script (rm -r $PIX*), is there a way to go back to the normal theme afterwards?

The screenshot is old so I think the colors of the box has changed.

You can get the bright theme back by copying the contents of this: https://github.com/fontforge/YosemiForge/tree/master/New%20Theme/pixmaps and deselect any theme in fontforge settings.

Is a bit messy right know since we are/were in the process of updating this as our main theme.

Ah, ok. Well, I'd like to test drive the dark theme in case you reenable it somehow. Right now both FontForge.app and yfd.command start the bright theme. Not a big issue, though, so feel free to close it :)
