After #4.

Considering oshu!'s current player community, maybe supporting the mania mode before the fancy graphics and sound effects is a cool idea.

I will tackle it in the following weeks. To familiarize myself with the codebase, can you label issues as easy/medium/hard ? I think this issue is hard so I'd like to ramp up before doing it.
