Pitch notes
Slide 1
Slide 2
Slide 3
Slide 4 For every isolate submitted, ETD will generate an automated report highlighting key differences in AMR genes for that bacteria, describing factors such as the resistance mechanism, drug class, and gene location, as well as qualitative assessments of outbreak risk and import probability.
Slide 5 This simple front page is supplemented by a detailed presentation and analysis of spatiotemporal, evolution, gene mobility, and resistance patterns.
Slide 6 The potential impact of ETD is wide reaching, as it will impact surveillance, antimicrobial stewardship, as well as diagnostic decision-making based on providing public health professionals and the clinicians and veterinarians they work with with a more complete picture of AMR in the areas where they live and work.
