I had that planned to use the shadow rendering from the physics demos, just didn't get around to it yet :)
I was also thinking about doing some very simple and fake static ambient occlusion computation that looks at more then just the immediate neighbour voxels to populate the light voxels with before meshing happens.
If possible at all for this demo, it would add again some more coolness on top of it. I could imagine that the monitor shadows would look awesome.
