Roadmap Definitions

Short Term

• Spans a Quarter cycle (Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 etc)
• Granular level to Functional Requirements (FR) or Tasks
• Biweekly goals review meetings. With agenda to discuss the program and scope
• Goals are revised once a month. Changes are discussed and determined at monthly meetings

Long Term

• Roadmap includes at least one year of goals
• Goals are discussed and revised on a quarterly basis

2023Q1 Short-term Roadmap

• Support for Multi-cluster TCP service discovery and routing
• Support for Gateway API

2023Q2 Short-term Roadmap

• Implement MCS bridge with eBPF approach.

2023 Long-term Roadmap

• Build a complete Layer 7 routing-based Multi-Cluster Service (MCS)
