I can only fit a single pixel, instead of the whole image or a certain roi. Is there other functions?

You can use the "Fit Dataset" button to fit all the pixels. Please refer the how-to guide here: https://imagej.net/plugins/flimj/#dataset-fitting-and-results-preview
If you are using FLIMJ from a Groovy script, you can follow these guidelines: https://github.com/flimlib/flimj-ops
