I know the browser dev tools are slowly coming up to speed on this stuff, but I'd love to be able to break on a certain event.

Something like:

DEBUG.events.breakOn('uiTweetFaved');

Aiming to do a revamp of the developer experience for 2.0.0 — something like this would be very useful.

resurrecting this I think but if it's still something everyone is interested in I would be happy to take a look. It also might be a good candidate to add into flight-inspector.
