Hi,
I'm writing a filter plugin and when including "filter.h" in my application the compilation process fails with message:

/usr/include/fledge/management_client.h:12:10: fatal error: client_http.hpp: No such file or directory

This can be fixed by manually compiling the header files from "/fledge/C/thirdparty/Simple-Web-Server/" to "/fledge/include".
