Add a flake check that does the following for every template we expose:

Initialize the template using flakreate
- For multi-param templates (see Add an interactive app #2), there should be property testing style cases
Run nix build on all flake outputs of the generated flake. Equivalent to nixci build; @roberth can Hercules CI do this (for generated flake)?
