現状だと404のhtmlをそのまま返してしまっている模様。
公開鍵が見つからなかった旨と

slackの表示名とgitlab.fixstas.comのアカウント名が一致していますか? (関連アカウント名をslackと公開鍵取得先で変えることが出来るようにする #2)
公開鍵を登録していますか?

の2点をエラーメッセージとして出すべき。
