This PR adds support for the new SCU.IT.CustomRTServer package for the Italian market.

ToDo before merging:

  • Replace project reference with package ref
  • Remove temporary used submodule (which we built in to increase the dev speed/testing)
  • Remove the submodule checkout from the build pipeline
