[Dev UI] Fix the sorting order in model selector

Request from @MichaelDoyle : "I want to get to a different version of gemini 2.5. But I need to clear the text and retype, or scroll really far down. In the old component, the list would be naturally sorted, and the related gemini 2.5 models would be directly above or below the model I have selected."
