Additional context in #8049

I suspect there may be an issue with the Swift module generation in the Zip Builder for the SwiftReachability pod. One approach might be to compare the generation of FirebaseFirestoreSwift and SwiftReachability to determine why one works and the other doesn't in the context of the zip tests.
