Problem with rounded corner on slide

As you can see, the rounded corner applied with

    <style name="GlideSliderCardStyle" parent="Base.CardView">
        <item name="android:layout_height">match_parent</item>
        <item name="android:layout_width">match_parent</item>
        <item name="cardCornerRadius">20dp</item>
    </style>

works well until the slide effect, that does not apply round corners to view, but only to image and bottom bar corners.
