Generation of a CCC Docusaurus Static Site containing our documentation, and the releases of the different CCC releases.

Look at AI Readiness as a good example:

And the preview work Damien worked on here:
https://github.com/finos/common-cloud-controls/releases -- see the MD generated here. These are the assets that need to be indexed on this docusaurus.
