During the in-person workshop (12 Sep 2024), one of the workstreams considering the overall value proposition of the governance framework, more specifically considering the needs of various people within the org (e.g. developer, CISO, Head of AI). This work helps the marketing / positioning of this group, but should also be folded into the pre-amble for the framework (https://github.com/finos/ai-readiness/blob/main/docs/index.md)

Adding a section on who the intended audience, i.e. "Who should use it?"

  • Financial Services CISOs (Risk management teams, Policy control office)

  • Vendor solution teams (3rd party vendors)

  • Vendor purchasing teams

  • Model risk management – May not be in direct scope, roadmap potential

  • CTO/CIO Office (Architecture and development teams, Data/Model acquisition and management teams)

  • Banking Legal teams

  • Regulators

  • CSPs and model providers

  • Other Open source providers (CCC, +++)

I opened #65 to address this issue. Any collaboration on the changes is welcome. I made a quick write-up of the stakeholders @lucaborella89 listed, but think there is room for more direct mentions if necessary.
