Minutes

• Paula updated us on the approaching GAAD Collaboration Summit
  • We will be making stickers available!
  • Discover and FINOS Marketing have been big sources of support
  • We are still working to get Credly badges and the mentorship stuff into good shape before the Summit
  • Paula plans to use the "help wanted" label to identify issues/challenges intended specifically for the Summit
• Aaron gave an update on the mentorship
  • Aaron has signed up to be a Linux Foundation Mentor
    • Should give Aaron access to all of the applicants
  • Aaron and Evan need to come up with an interview process
  • Aaron and Evan need to break the Epic that will be worked on by the mentee into detailed and digestable issues that have enough information in them to be standalone work items
    • issues should align with Epic roadmap
• Paula is probing to see if Discover would like to host a Collaborative Summit in London this year

• We will use "help wanted" labels to identify Summit challenges
