Minutes from meeting:

• All attendees introduced themselves and we went through the usual intro agenda items.
• Calendaring issues compounded with folks on vacation led to some confusion around SIG dates in January - apologies.
• Schedule moving forward: next SIG Working Group Meeting: Monday, Mar 13th. Agreed we are switching to Zoom for future SIG meetings.
• ACTION: @mcleo-d to set up Zoom meeting for next and future InnerSource SIG meetings.

InnerSource SIG Co-lead Election

• All nominations read out, officially nominated and seconded, and (pending approval from their orgs where necessary) are deemed elected (thanks James for adding the details of the process here on the thread).
• Welcome to the newest members of InnerSource SIG leadership team:
• Chamindra de Silva (Citi), Brittany Istenes (Fannie Mae), Miguel Capitao (Deutsche Bank)
• Huge official thanks go to Elspeth Minty for her service as a member of the InnerSource SIG leadership group..
• Arthur expressed a wish to step back from SIG leadership duties because of time constraints in the coming months, though he will remain involved to help transition to the new group.

Licensing Project Group Update from Chamindra

• Goal is to create an InnerSource license generator.
• Last meeting the project group heard from Deutsche Bank about their licenses used, and went through the questionnaire that will inspire the license generator.
• Group is looking for more orgs to do the same.
• ACTION: @chamindra to send through overview to the InnerSource SIG group
• ACTION: @claredillon to forward to the folks working on transfer pricing to see if they know of other candidates to work through the questionnaire with the project group

InnerSource SIG / ISC Joint Event

• At previous meeting, it was agreed to hold a joint ISC/FINOS event to help with outreach regarding the SIG.
• Proposal for Tue, March 20th at 5pm GMT. Speaker: Miguel to speak about the use of Backstage as an InnerSource Project portal.
• Noted the DevOps Automation SIG is also working on a project related to Backstage use for automation. We will plan to liaise with them to make sure there is clarity and differentiation for any future Backstage work in InnerSource SIG.
• ACTION: @claredillon to work with @capimig on abstract and to check FINOS calendar for clashes.
