DEI SIG Participant Recruiting #49

How can we encourage new people to join the SIG? |
I think the answer might be micro messaging. Different message based on whom we talk to - a person who is an ally for some cause might need a different message than a person themselves affected. |
Hi Team - I think we should look toward baseline engagement from member firms and get their perspective on how to best engage their communities. I also think working on articulation of value proposition against each of our activities in very simple terms(what is in it for me as a volunteer, what is in it for the broader community) would be helpful in drumming up excitement around the opportunities we're organizing. |
Totally agree @sergiobettencourt. |
Can we leverage the FINOS distribution lists and put out CTAs for this? |
Where can we find the details for the distribution lists? IF anyone can point me in the right direction I'm happy to look in to this |
Hi Kaajal - I can provide the details.
We can discuss in our sync later today.
Thank you.
